4th Annual Chicago Pizza Summit
EVENT (10/6): The 4th Annual Chicago Pizza Summit takes place Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Theater on the Lake, with two sessions (2–5pm and 6–9pm). Both sessions will feature a U.S. Pizza Museum Pizza Box Art Contest.
Closing Pizza Party w/Glitty Bitties Variety
EVENT (10/12): To celebrate the end of our extended run at the Roosevelt Collection, the U.S. Pizza Museum is partnering with Glitty Bitties Variety to present a comedy and music variety show with proceeds benefiting Pilot Light. There will be free pizza courtesy of Piece Pizzeria and Brewery, while supplies last.

Pizza in New Haven Exhibit Opening
EVENT (8/24): A taste of New Haven, Connecticut is coming to the U.S. Pizza Museum in Chicago! Author and historian, Colin M. Caplan, has curated an exhibit about the unique history of pizza in New Haven. U.S. Pizza Museum Founder and Director, Kendall Bruns, will join Caplan for a discussion followed by a book signing and a screening of Pizza, A Love Story. There will be a post-film Q&A with director, Gorman Bechard.
1st Anniversary at Roosevelt Collection ft. Glitty Bitties

PIZZA NEWS: 8:30am is pretty early to get people to show up for anything in Las Vegas but Chris Bianco had no problem attracting a crowd for his Pizza Expo Keynote speech on Tuesday, March 5. “I learned things by burning things,” he explained, “I never invented a damn thing in my life.” Listen to Bianco talk long enough and these are the kinds of quotable moments that stick with you, especially if you’re one of the many pizzeria operators in attendance at the International Pizza Expo, an annual event since 1985 that also attracts pizzeria suppliers and enthusiasts.
