To celebrate the end of our extended run at the Roosevelt Collection, the U.S. Pizza Museum is partnering with Glitty Bitties Variety to present a comedy and music variety show with proceeds benefiting Pilot Light. There will be free pizza courtesy of Piece Pizzeria and Brewery, while supplies last.

When we opened at the Roosevelt Collection on August 10, 2018, the plan was to be there for three months but, due to overwhelming demand, we decided to stay for an entire year. Dozens of events and over 10,000 visitors later, we’re going out on a high note by welcoming back Glitty Bitties Variety for our closing pizza party!
Piece Pizzeria has a history of supporting Pilot Light, annually featuring collaborations with local restaurants and chefs such as, Honey Butter Fried Chicken, Doug Sohn of Hot Doug’s, and Stephanie Izard of Girl and the Goat, to raise money for the organization.
