Pizza in New Haven Exhibit Opening
EVENT (8/24): A taste of New Haven, Connecticut is coming to the U.S. Pizza Museum in Chicago! Author and historian, Colin M. Caplan, has curated an exhibit about the unique history of pizza in New Haven. U.S. Pizza Museum Founder and Director, Kendall Bruns, will join Caplan for a discussion followed by a book signing and a screening of Pizza, A Love Story. There will be a post-film Q&A with director, Gorman Bechard.

1st Anniversary at Roosevelt Collection ft. Glitty Bitties

EVENT (May 4): Celebrate our favorite holiday about a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away at the U.S. Pizza Museum! We’ll have vintage pizza-themed Star Wars memorabilia on display and U.S. Pizza Museum Founder and Director Kendall Bruns will give a presentation about how two of America’s favorite things have been intertwined over the years.

EVENT (Dec 1): Born in 1943 at Pizzeria Uno, Deep Dish pizza is turning 75 this year! Enjoy a slice of history and hear the stories behind the development of one of Chicago’s most unique foods.

EVENT (Nov 10): The hosts of the Films of the Future podcast are back with a new podcast where they review films that feature pizza. For their premiere live episode, Alan Metoskie (FOX’s The Exorcist) and Kendall Bruns (U.S. Pizza Museum Founder & Director) will discuss Loverboy (1989), starring Patrick Dempsey as a college sophomore and pizza delivery boy that gets seduced by an older woman.
