The U.S. Pizza Museum, will be publicly displaying a portion of our collection for the first time in a pop-up exhibition at the Old Style First Annual Chicago Pizza Summit on Sunday, April 3 at Chop Shop. The event will feature all you can eat pizza cuisine from 12 Chicago institutions and a keynote address from Andrew W.K.
Participating restaurants: Boiler Room, Dante’s Pizzeria, Flo & Santos, Pie Eyed Pizzeria, Santullo’s Eatery, Lou Malnati’s, Dimo’s, Gino’s East, Connie’s Pizza, Home Run Inn, Taco in a Bag (creating “Pizza in a Bag”), and a “special guest.”
