Yesterday’s Chicago Pizza Summit at Chop Shop was on overwhelming success, and while the crowds were able to view highlights from the the U.S. Pizza Museum collection in the pop-up exhibit, many pizza-lovers were unable to attend the sold out event.

Luckily, Chop Shop has decided to keep the pop-up for a little while longer. You can visit today until 9pm for free.

When you arrive, proceed to the 1st Ward space in the back of Chop Shop and take the stairs on either side up to the second floor balcony to view the exhibit.
