We’re excited to announce our first events at the U.S. Pizza Museum at the Roosevelt Collection. In addition to our exhibits, we want the U.S. Pizza Museum to be a gathering place to dive deeper into all kinds of pizza topics, from demos and conversations to live comedy events all themed around America’s favorite food.

All the events that we’re announcing today are free with online reservation—see links below—and there are also still tickets available for general admission at uspizzamuseum.com/tickets.

10/20/18 – Chicago Pizza Boss Mobile Pizzeria

Self described as a “voyeuristic set up,” the Chicago Pizza Boss Mobile Pizzeria promises guests of the U.S. Pizza Museum a one of a kind Italian street food experience just outside our front doors. Pizza Boss’s hand-crafted “Neopolitan” pizzas prepared in their Forno Brovo wood-fired oven use only the most supreme ingredients, a value we here at the museum share.
